Microsoft CRM Association Management System

Microsoft CRM for Associations, a Microsoft-based Association Management System, has been designed and developed with the progressive association in mind.  Microsoft CRM enables an association to provide extraordinary service to their members and to facilitate multiple points of communication with their member base. Using the “core” components of Microsoft’s CRM application, members receive the level of service they expect in the manner they choose.

Microsoft CRM for Associations is based on Microsoft’s Customer relationship management application and is comprised of the core Microsoft modules (i.e. Call Center or Sales; and Advanced Sales, Advanced Automation and Campaigns) and reconfigured to an association’s needs (i.e. Membership, Committees, Districts, Events, Subscriptions, etc.).  Microsoft’s underlying technical architecture allows this configuration to be accomplished without extensive customization.
