Common CRM Customizations:

Phone Call Marketing Automation: Automations that help schedule phone call follow up and email.  

• Form layout modification and customization
  • Add fields, sections or tabs to or on a CRM form
  • Remove unused /unnecessary fields from the form 
  • Change or hide a fields, tabs or sections based on user input
  • Change field to business recommended (indicated by "*"), business required (indicated by "+") or  read-only
  • Move a field within a section, to a different section or to a different tab
• Data linking and mapping
  • Mapping data allows the information to be transferred from one entity to another during creation.  For example, custom field on Lead can be mapped to a custom field on Account so that when the Lead is converted, the data will populate the newly created Account
• Create custom relationships between entities, create lookups and new entities
• Custom scripting to CRM
  • Adding lookup scripts to look a field up from a related entity and populate a form on the first entity based on the lookup.  For example, when a primary contact is added to an account, CRM looks up the email from the primary contact and adds that email to the account
  • Add script to format phone numbers in a standard convention such as (123) 456-7890
  • Create internet frames and links based on form information.  For example, create a link to a map based on the address in CRM
