Architecture

Microsoft CRM is a highly scalable application and provides support for multiple databases.  The development environment allows for a wide range of configuration depending on an association’s needs.  Using Microsoft’s development tools, the system can integrate with a host of third party applications.

Depending on the client’s business requirements, this solution can be deployed the following ways:

bulletHosted Solution – Microsoft CRM lends itself to being a hosted application due to it “Web Architecture”.  The required servers would be deployed at an approved hosting facility and the application would be deployed in a “hosted” manner.
bulletDedicated Deployment – the client would “house” the required servers and hardware in-house and the application would be deployed on the client’s infrastructure.

Development architecture

The development architecture along with Microsoft’s leadership position in the CRM market space is the number one strength of the Microsoft CRM application.  An extremely flexible tool kit enables organizations to extend the functionality of their AMS system.  Associations are not “locked” into an “out of the box” solution or one that will migrate to “legacy” in three years.  The tool kit provides you with significant capabilities to meet your business and process needs.
