Switch from Salesforce

You've seen the tremendous cost savings Muchmore Business Intelligence (MBI) will help you achieve when you switch from Salesforce.com to Microsoft CRM, but you're worried that the transitional costs will eat your savings and besides... who really likes change?

Muchmore Business Intelligence wants to make the transition easy and profitable for your organization.  Our goal is to get your new Microsoft CRM system setup and configured, get your Salesforce data loaded and give your staff training for less than your first year's worth of savings!  

How does the transition work?
The first step is to contact MBI either by email or by phone: (240) 280-2241 so we can set up a demonstration of Microsoft CRM.  During the initial call (or when it's convenient), we'll want to talk to you about how your organization uses your customer relationship management system and about your business operations in general.  

Once you've had a chance to see CRM we will start working out the details of how we are going to customize CRM for your organization. To assure a smooth transition, we'll discuss what currently works well with your Salesforce.com CRM system as well as what you'd like to work better for your organization.  It's helpful at this time to take a look at your data and possibly even your current system configuration so we can plan out your Microsoft CRM configuration. 

Once we've worked together to decide how you want your Microsoft CRM configured, we will focus on migration of your Salesforce data into CRM.  Once you get your data from Salesforce, MBI will begin "mapping" it to Microsoft CRM.  When we completed the mapping, we're ready to migrate (import) your data and your Microsoft CRM is just about ready for you, data and all!

At this point in time, your system will be "loaded" and ready to use... we'll want to get the users trained on how what's available to them in Microsoft CRM.  Your users will find the basics easy and intuitive.  They'll appreciate the familiar Microsoft layout, the fact that you've configured it to their needs and they'll be thrilled forget all about tokens and new computer email confirmations.  

Microsoft CRM is loaded with advanced features such as:

"Advanced Find"... CRM's powerful query tool that allows you to find exactly the information you're seeking.  
Workflows... CRM's workplace automation tool.  Salesforce offers this in it's $125/user/month "Enterprise" version, but your CRM comes with it at every level.  Workflow lets CRM do work for you.  Setup your conditions and tell CRM what to do.  For example, a workflow can be setup to send an email whenever a lead is assigned to a new owner.
Templates... Use CRM templates to simplify and enhance your organization's performance.  CRM can house both email templates and Microsoft Word templates.  Choose your templates, and your CRM data will automatically load into place.  You're ready for mass emailing, mail merging letters or whatever your business calls for.

Keep it all in the family!  It's no surprise that Microsoft CRM offers better integration with Microsoft Outlook (and other Microsoft products) than Salesforce.  CRM works with and works like the other Microsoft products you use every day.  You can run CRM directly from Outlook with the no cost Outlook Connector.  Send a quick template email to your CRM contact list in Outlook, Export reports to Excel with the click of a button or  merge your contacts into letters in Word... it's you choice with Microsoft CRM.
