Muchmore Business Intelligence is a U.S. based company.  We work predominantly with customers in the U.S. and Canada and prices are indicated in U.S. Dollars, however, we welcome and are happy to work with customers worldwide.   

Microsoft CRM Online is available for customers in numerous countries throughout the world.  If you do not have a U.S. billing address, please indicate your billing country and currency that your CRM system will use for reporting in the comments section.  These options can not be changed after setup.

1. Submit a request to create a free trial by email.

2. Within 1 business day (often less), Muchmore Business Intelligence will create an online trial account for you with Microsoft which allows up to 20 users.  If there are any questions about your submission, MBI may contact you in advance of setting up your account.

3. If you use a public email account for your email address (g-mail, yahoo, hotmail, etc.), we will contact you at the email address you provide to verify the email.  

4. You will receive an email at the address you provided from CRMOLN @Microsoft.com (please check spam filters for this message).
    A. The message will contain your link and website address for your new CRM system.

5. You will later be able to convert this free trial account to a fully functional paid subscription if you wish.

What is the free Microsoft CRM trial offer?
Through our Microsoft partnership, we are able to set up a free 30 day trial of Microsoft CRM Online. After the trial, you have the option to subscribe to Microsoft CRM online for only $44/user/month.  

You will need a Windows Live ID to activate your membership.  Live ID is free and will act as your password for CRM.  The link will walk you through the process of creating a Live ID if needed, or you can Click here to create a Live ID for an email account you already have.
