Designate your Microsoft CRM Partner 

This page describes how to designate your Microsoft CRM Partner of Record.  Your CRM partner of record needs to be designated by the person who setup the CRM trial initially.  To designate Muchmore Business Intelligence (or your partner) as your CRM partner of record:

·         Open Microsoft CRM

·         Click “Resource Center” (bottom left of the screen)

·         Click “Designate a partner”
 

A new browser will open and you will need to sign in with the Windows Live ID that you used to setup your system initially.  This website is Microsoft’s CustomerSource.

    ·         Sign in

·         Type “Muchmore” (or your partner company) in the Company Name search bar

·         Click “Search”

·         Scroll down to the search results and click the radio button next to the “Muchmore Business Intelligence” partner line to choose your partner. 

·         Click “Associate”
