Automated Phone Call Follow Up The automated phone call follow up feature is designed for sales organizations that use CRM for outbound calls to CRM Leads. Please contact MBI to add this powerful feature to your Microsoft CRM system. Phone call outcome is added to the phone call form to identify the outcome of the sales call
The subject of the call is pre-populated based on the outcome to save valuable sales time (the subject remains fully editable). Users retain the option to opt out of automated follow up.
If the message is with a person, a new "Message With" field appears, allowing the user to track the person that took the message for future reference.
When the outcome is "Voice Mail" or "Left Message...", a follow up call is automatically created
If the Lead has an email address and the user is connected to an email client, CRM automatically sends a template email to the person your sales person was attempting to contact
